Who's Who at SNAP

Our Staff

All our recruiters have both theoretical and hands-on experience and will be familiar with situations similar to your own. We understand that all children are potentially vulnerable and we will not compromise on safety.

"Thank you for being so helpful and friendly. I have dealt with lots of childcare agencies, but I have to admit they weren't as friendly and professional as you are".
NS London

Our thorough registration & screening  process means only around 10% of nannies/carers applicants meet our criteria.

We are registered with the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) - all applicants must have an enhanced police check

Sally Britton: Partner and managing director. Sally has the NNEB and a degree in psychology. Sally has 20 years childcare experience, 18 of those within the special needs field. She has worked as a mainstream and special needs nanny. Sally started SNAP in 2001 and continues to run it.

Andrew Knight: Is the second partner of SNAP. Andrew is a parent of a severely disabled daughter, Camilla (see below). Andrew runs a successful coffee company, Andronicas Coffee (so we have great coffee in the office!).

Kirsty Hoyle: Senior recruiter. BA honors degree. Kirsty has four years experience working with children with additional needs, Makaton signer, and has worked in both residential and school settings.

Janine Davis: Senior administrator.

Camilla Knight: SNAP's mascot! Camilla was the initial inspiration to set up SNAP.

Last but not least! Judy, Alan, Shaun and James - all working hard behind the scenes!
