The SNAP Team!
Sally Britton: Partner and managing director.
Sally has the NNEB and a degree in psychology.
Sally has 20 years childcare experience,
18 of those within the special needs field.
She has worked as a mainstream and special
needs nanny. Sally started SNAP in 2001
and continues to run it.
Kirsty
Hoyle: Senior Recruiter. BA Hons Degree.
Kirsty has extensive experience working
with children with additional needs, Makaton
signer, and has worked in both residential
and school settings. Kirsty has been at
SNAP since January 2008.
Alexandra
Hoslin: Resourcer and Assistant Recruiter.
Alex has a First Class Honors degree in
Early Childhood Studies. Alex first joined
SNAP as an administrator and has worked
her way to Resourcer / Assistant Recruiter
position. Alex has been at SNAP since November
08 and has gained a wealth of understanding
and experience.
Ruth Lillis: Full-time administrator. Ruth
is an experienced administrator who keeps
everything running smoothly.
Andrew Knight: Is the second partner of
SNAP. Andrew is a parent of a disabled daughter,
Camilla (see below). Andrew runs a successful
coffee company, Andronicas
Coffee (so we have great coffee in the
office!).
Camilla Knight: SNAP's mascot! Camilla was
the initial inspiration to set up SNAP.

but not least! Judy, Alan, Barbora and James
