Description: Eleanor is 5 years old and has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy. She is a happy and content child and needs a nanny who could form a bond with her and earn her trust. Eleanor goes to school full-time and needs a lot of stimulation when she is at home. She loves messy play and going outside on trips! She has a little brother called Jacob (8 months). Eleanor communicates by eye pointing mainly but she uses language and speech which the close family understand. Manual handling and lifting is needed, and Eleanor does not use a hoist. The nanny would be responsible for Eleanor's personal care. A patient and kind and creative nanny who would keep Eleanor entertained and happy is what the family are looking for! This is an on-going job and the nanny would need to be reliable and trustworthy). SNAP has successfully placed a nanny with this family who would job share with the new nanny.
