Cancellation
Fee
Some parents are nervous about our cancellation
fee (See Terms & Conditions #4.). We
don't believe in small print and want everyone
to work with us and be very happy not only
with the nannies we put forward, but with
our service. We don't charge a registration
fee and if we don't find you anyone suitable,
you do not owe SNAP anything.
To answer
some questions we have previously been asked:
We will not charge a cancellation fee if
you find someone independently
We will not charge a cancellation fee if
you don't think the nannies we have sent
you are suitable
We will not charge a cancellation fee if
we haven't been able to find any candidates
for you
We only
charge a cancellation fee if:
We have
sent suitable candidates details to you
based on the information you have given
us, but you have changed the details of
the position or you have withdrawn the position.
We have done what was asked of us and we
will raise an invoice for a cancellation
fee of £300 for UK positions and £600
for positions abroad.
We will
go to a great deal of trouble to find the
right person for your family. We ask that
from the onset you are very sure about your
requirements - we can only do our part if
we are working with the right information
- and all the information!
We don't
like raising cancellation fees - it's not
what SNAP is about, but we do need to be
a viable business to offer the service we
do!
