We
will call both you and your new employee
when they have just started (usually the
second day) and then again about two weeks
later to make sure all is working out as
expected. We will then leave you alone,
but of course you are welcome to get in
contact with us in the future if you require
any assistance. (Or just to tell us how
well things are going -we love to hear that!)
If
things are not running as smoothly as you
had hoped, we are happy to advise and speak
to the employee. If the situation requires
further intervention, we will be pleased
to review the situation and arrange a meeting
where we can act as arbitrator if we feel
this will resolve the issue.
