Royal Hospital for Sick Children	The Royal Hospital for Sick Children provides care for newborn babies right up to children around 13 years of age. Children's Hospice UK	There are an estimated 23,500 children and young people in the UK who will die before they reach adulthood. Some of them will die when very young; others deteriorate slowly over many years. Families caring for these children and young people - often 24 hours a day, seven days a week - can feel under enormous emotional, physical and financial strain. CRY	CRY supports young people diagnosed with cardiac conditions and offers bereavement support to families affected by young sudden cardiac death (YSCD). CRY funds fast track services at the CRY Centre for Inherited Cardiovascular Conditions and Sports Cardiology, and the CRY Centre for Cardiac Pathology. Rainbow Trust	Rainbow Trust Children's Charity provides emotional and practical support to families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness.
