Job: Daily Nanny Ref:
V2179 |
Description:
This family are looking for a nanny as the
current nanny is leaving to pursue another
career. The job requires someone who has experience
with young children. Leila (2) was born prematurely
and has previously had physiotherapy but is
not not receiving any treatment at present.
The nanny would need to have a good understanding
of child development and be able to converse
with the family as to Leila's development
and to suggest ways in which to aid this.
The nanny would need to arrive at 7.30am to
give Leila breakfast, then playtime followed
by getting dressed. Then the nanny and Leila
would do an activity together (baking/colouring
for example). Then out for an activity such
as a walk or meeting friends at the park!
Home for lunch at 12.30pm for home cooked
lunch (prepared by nanny). Leila has a nap
from 1-3pm. Then more playtime and activities
until 5.30pm which is dinnertime. At 6.30pm
Leila has her bath, followed by milk. Mum
arrives home at 7pm and puts Leila to bed.
The nanny must be willing to "muck in"
with the household and be part of the family.
This position will suit someone who will be
very patient with Leila and implement creative
activities that will encourage her development
in all areas especially her physical development.
The current nanny has a great schedule set
up, so the nanny would be active in the local
community and have plenty of activities to
go to with Leila. The family are keen that
the nanny is aware of, and interested in,
healthy eating as she will be responsible
for cooking for Leila and it is an important
part of their family life. The family live
in a great area and Leila is a delightful
girl and this would be a fantastic position
for a caring, fun and responsible nanny. Lovely
family met by Kirsty!
