We have been placing experienced nannies, buddies, carers, enablers, team leaders, facilitators and specialist childcare workers to help families who have babies and children with additional needs since 2001. We also help parents who may have a disability themselves such as an acquired brain injury and also families in difficult situations, such as those suffering bereavement. Our SNAP16+ division helps young adults.

We place people to look after babies and children with any additional need, whether a mild learning difficulty such as dyslexia to those with specific conditions, complex medical needs or challenging behaviour - any child (and family) who needs someone who is more patient, more understanding and more experienced.
